Baxter is seeking a Field Service Technician I to ensure product readiness for patient use across rental and customer-owned medical devices. You will clean, disinfect, perform function checks, and minor repairs while supporting 24/7 delivery and service needs.

Work in hospital/service center environments, repair activities, and customer interactions with a focus on safe, timely service. Requires HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and experience with FDA-regulated products.

Qualificações

• Proficient troubleshooting of electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in customer service and handling patient-centric roles.
• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair assigned medical devices; ensure safe operation.
• Provide on-call coverage up to 24/7, including weekends/holidays when required.
• Load/unload and relocate medical products weighing up to 1680 pounds.
• Generate service revenue and complete activities under service contracts.
