Job summary
Christy Media Solutions is sourcing Field Service Engineers for Washington DC area roles focused on enterprise networking and control room technology. You will install, configure, and commission solutions, provide on-site and remote support, and troubleshoot hardware and networking across customer sites.
Travel is extensive (50–75%), and you will collaborate with customers to ensure successful deployments, leveraging experience with enterprise hardware and AV-over-IP systems in mission-critical
Qualifications
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer/Field Technician/Installation Engineer or similar.
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, DHCP, VLANs).
- Customer-facing technical support or installation experience.
- Experience with enterprise hardware, AV, networking or IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure and commission enterprise technology solutions.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking and system issues.
- Deliver preventative maintenance and break-fix support.
- Work closely with customers to ensure successful deployments.
- Travel to customer sites across the region (approximately 50–75%).
