Job summary

Solutionz, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to support design, commissioning, and management of integrated audiovisual systems across PA, NJ, and OH.

You will ensure deployments meet SOF, customer expectations, and project standards while collaborating with customers, PMs, and installation teams. The role requires travel to client sites, strong technical leadership, and the ability to work independently as part of a project team.

Qualifications

• CTS certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supporting audiovisual systems installation, commissioning, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of integrated AV systems, control systems, DSP platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Experience configuring networked AV systems.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and occasional after-hours schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure systems are commissioned per SOF, Technical Scope of Work, and customer requirements.
• Confirm designs meet the scope and customer expectations for operation and performance.
• Modify system engineering and document redline updates on drawings.
• Provide documentation for system configurations, including network, video, DSP, and settings.
• Identify and assist with change orders during installation and inform the PM.
