Job summary

Christy Media Solutions is sourcing Field Service Engineers for Washington DC area roles focused on enterprise networking and control room technology. You will install, configure, and commission solutions, provide on-site and remote support, and troubleshoot hardware and networking across customer sites.

Travel is extensive (50–75%), and you will collaborate with customers to ensure successful deployments, leveraging experience with enterprise hardware and AV-over-IP systems in mission-critical

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer/Field Technician/Installation Engineer or similar.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, DHCP, VLANs).
• Customer-facing technical support or installation experience.
• Experience with enterprise hardware, AV, networking or IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Field Service Engineer | Enterprise Networking | Control Room Technology | AV-over-IP | Washington DC

We're partnering with a leading technology manufacturer to recruit several Field Service Engineers to support the continued growth of its US business in the Washington DC area.

The company designs and delivers mission-critical workplace and control room technology used by organisations across government, utilities, transportation, finance, broadcast and other critical infrastructure environments.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise hardware and networking solutions across customer sites throughout the US.

What you'll be doing

• Install, configure and commission enterprise technology solutions

What we're looking for
