Job summary

CoberonChronos is recruiting for a global medical technology leader specializing in Nuclear Medicine imaging systems. The role focuses on service and installation of CT, PET, and SPECT/CT equipment with patient safety and uptime as top priorities.

Candidates will troubleshoot advanced electromechanical systems, perform software updates, and travel domestically and abroad to support sites across the U.S. A B.Sc. in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years servicing medical imaging equipment (CT or PET).
• Nuclear Medicine equipment experience is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting of computers, software installations/upgrades, and complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Proven track record in servicing and troubleshooting sophisticated medical hardware.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

• Education: B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical education preferred.
• Medical Imaging Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing and installing medical imaging equipment (CT or PET experience required; Nuclear Medicine equipment experience is highly preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Significant skills in troubleshooting computers, software installations/upgrades, and complex electromechanical assemblies.
• Industrial Experience: Proven track record in servicing and troubleshooting sophisticated industrial or medical hardware.
• Soft Skills: Strong sense of customer service with excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Operational Mindset: Ability to work independently, take personal ownership of the customer experience, and make decisive calls on resource escalation.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to support other locations within the U.S. and occasionally abroad.
