Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide customer support to include installation, maintenance, and or site contract support for the state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing/processing equipment in the Chandler / Phoenix, AZ area. Salary Range: $36.00 - $50.00 Per Hour

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

FSE should have a solid understanding of the following:

• Electro/Pneumatic high precision troubleshooting and repairs (air/liquid/mechanical/electrical/robot systems).
• Electrical and Fluid diagram familiarity.
• Chemical handling familiarity (protective equipment and hazards).
• Metric hand tool familiarity (use of specialized tools and fixtures).
• Able to perform basic tool body and associated support hardware installation, facilitation, setup and teaching up to and including process acceptance.

Job Requirements

• Good computer skills (Windows XP & Windows 7, Microsoft Office and SharePoint).
• Patience and caution for critical activities such as robot teaching, wafer running and nozzle teaching.
• A positive Can-Do outlook and demeanor with customer and fellow engineers.
• A strong Safety-First attitude about all aspects of working with SCREEN.
• An open attitude about expanding job activities beyond tool-based work (working that benefits the company as a whole).
• Be able to travel abroad for training and additional support.
• Be able to learn further tool sets.
• Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds.
• Will require the use of Personal Protection Equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc.
• Must have a valid passport, REAL ID and valid driver’s license for immediate travel.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree;
• Associate's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience;
• 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree;
• Completion of military technical training and field experience may substitute for an Associate's Degree.
