Job summary

Brown's Medical Imaging is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site support and maintenance for X-Ray and other imaging equipment. Travel to client locations for installation, troubleshooting, and repairs, with a focus on ongoing preventative maintenance and quality assurance.

Knowledge of imaging systems, strong technical acumen, and the ability to work independently while liaising with multiple BMI departments are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience repairing or installing medical imaging equipment.
• Knowledge of imaging equipment and systems.
• Demonstrated technical acumen and teamwork.
• Willing to travel and work independently.

• Provide service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on various modalities of medical imaging equipment.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance and Quality Assurance inspections.
• Manage paperwork for internal and external documentation.
• Communicate with and liaise between BMI departments and customers.
• Represent BMI's core values as the backbone of our business.

Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for X-Ray and Medical Imaging equipment. The job involves traveling to client locations to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, as well as conducting regular maintenance checks. Field Service Engineers often work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to enhance overall customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of the organization. The expected base compensation for this role is $65,000 to $110,000 and is based on experience level.

• Provide service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on various modalities of medical imaging equipment.
