Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Services Engineer. The role is primarily based in Bradenton, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for conducting field service activities, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction with services rendered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Technical Support
• Strong Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering, or related field, preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
• Experience in the machinery industry is a plus
