Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team. You will be the face of GLORY, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing high-speed cash-handling equipment at customer sites and managing parts and tools for efficient service.

The role involves local travel to York, PA and nearby areas, with a Monday–Friday schedule and typical hours 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm. Join us to support clients with timely, quality service and ongoing equipment knowledge updates.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with high-speed cash-handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with clients.
• Track and manage parts/tools for service calls.
• Stay abreast of changes in GLORY equipment and service procedures.
• Travel locally to customer sites within York, PA and surrounding areas.

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Field Service Technician, you are the face of GLORY. As a member of the GLORY Field Service team, you will be empowered to:

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients
• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment
• Track and manage parts/tools
• Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment

LOCATION:

To effectively support the assigned territory, candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance ofYork, PA (within approximately 40 miles of York, PA). This role requires regular local travel to customer sites throughout York, PA and neighboring areas, making proximity to the territory important for providing responsive service and support. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

PAY RANGE:

• $25 - $30 an hour
• Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Time: 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
