Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician based in York, PA. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install high-speed cash-handling equipment at customer sites, traveling regularly within the territory. A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and safety is essential.

The role requires electro-mechanical repair skills, PC familiarity, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Education in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Certificates in mechanics/electronics preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience repairing high-speed equipment and familiarity with check sorters, currency sorters, or ATMs is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose system problems and perform repairs.
• Keep customer updated on progress during maintenance or downtime.
• Complete machine installations and related hardware/software upgrades.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required training.
• Travel to customer sites within York, PA and surrounding areas as needed.
