GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the face of our service team. You will directly manage customer service and care, troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, and track parts and tools to ensure rapid restoration of operations.

You should reside within commuting distance of Lake Charles, LA, or Jennings, LA, and be prepared for regular local travel to customer sites throughout the area.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or on-site repairs.
• Ability to travel locally within assigned territory.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

ROLE PURPOSE

As a Field Service Technician, you are the face of GLORY. As a member of the GLORY Field Service team, you will be empowered to:

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients
• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment
• Track and manage parts/tools
• Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment

LOCATION:

To effectively support the assigned territory, candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Lake Charles, LA or Jennings, LA (approximately 40 miles). This role requires regular local travel to customer sites throughout Lake Charles, LA and neighboring areas, making proximity to the territory important for providing responsive service and support. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

PAY RANGE:

• $20 - $27 an hour
• Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; education; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
