Overview

As a Service Technician you will keep customer operations running safely, accurately and on track. You will work independently in the field, solve problems, and ensure customers can keep moving without issues.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance, calibration, repair and installation on industrial weighing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete service calls safely and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers on findings and next steps
• Document work (service notes, time and results)
• Identify and address safety risks on job sites
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle
• Support team and customer needs as they arise
• Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical understanding
• Strong problem-solution skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT/customer requirements
