Job summary

Carlton Industrial Solutions is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to maintain, calibrate, repair, and install industrial weighing equipment in customer sites. You’ll work independently in the field, build relationships with customers, and help keep operations safe and productive.

You’ll handle service calls, troubleshoot issues, and document outcomes while traveling as needed. A valid license and willingness to meet DOT requirements are essential.

Responsibilities

Description

Field Service Technician

Carlton Industrial Solutions is looking for a hands‑on Field Service Technician to keep customers' industrial weighing equipment running safely, accurately, and on schedule. You'll be the person customers count on when something needs fixing, calibrating, or installing—and the one who helps them avoid costly downtime.

This is more than a repair job. You'll build real relationships with customers, work independently in the field, and play a direct role in keeping their operations safe and productive.

Why It Matters

If it's made, it's weighed—from food to pharmaceuticals. When equipment is off, production slows, quality drops, and people can get hurt. You'll be the one customers count on to keep things safe, accurate, and running.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation on industrial weighing equipment
