Job summary

A&B Business Solutions in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair wide format graphics equipment, copiers, and water/coffee systems for our commercial client base. The role emphasizes strong mechanical, electrical, and network troubleshooting, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will manage service territory independently, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices is helpful.
• Vocational technical education is helpful.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair wide format printers, cutters, laminators, and finishing equipment.
• Install and service copiers, MFPs, and related finishing equipment.
• Install and service water filtration systems and commercial coffee equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, firmware, and network issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace parts as needed.
• Document service activity and maintain accurate service records.
