Job summary

Arc3 Gases seeks a Welder Repair & Service Technician to provide technical service and support for metalworking equipment used by Arc3 customers and the sales team.

Role emphasizes troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from products while maintaining safety and professional standards. Occasional branch assistance and travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical education preferred (e.g., welding engineering technician or related engineering degree, electronics or electrical).
• Certified Service Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service Arc3‑owned welding and metalworking equipment to optimize performance.
• Utilize product knowledge to deliver value and a superior customer experience.
• Travel to designated branches weekly and assist customers in the branch as needed.
• Maintain safe, professional conduct and follow Arc3 safety policies including OSHA Lockout/Tagout.
