Job summary

Veolia seeks a Field Service Representative to install, operate, and service water treatment systems across multiple industries in the United States. You will perform mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting, calibrations, and system optimizations on RO, filtration, IX, UF, and related equipment.

You will travel up to 80% to customer sites, provide hands-on maintenance, create detailed service reports, and train customer staff on operation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Independent worker able to operate remotely with project teams
• Ability to train customers on operation and maintenance of the system
• Lift 35 pounds (15.9 kg) and perform field maintenance safely
• Experience in industrial water treatment environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC) and other site-specific tests
• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, general arrangement)
• Other duties as assigned
