Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Resident Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance on water treatment systems across industries. You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and conduct analytical testing to meet contract specs and customer needs.

The role involves working in industrial outdoor environments, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service and technical support.

Qualifications

• Strong technical, mathematical and customer service skills.
• General knowledge of electrical equipment, water chemistry and safety.
• Ability to learn company procedures quickly.
• Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets) and data base knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, instruments.
• Consult with customer management and operation teams.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; prepare site paperwork and technical summaries.
