Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on-site operation and maintenance expertise for water treatment systems at customer sites. You will work with a range of technologies, perform troubleshooting, calibration, and tune equipment to meet specifications.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, the ability to train customer staff, and willingness to live within an hour of the specified site. Valid driver's license and safety-minded approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent plus 2+ years' service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to work independently and train customers on system operation and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, compressors, pumps, instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals and ensure proper replacement
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, etc.) and other site-specific tests
• Review customer plant installations against drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, GA)
• Other duties as assigned
