Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for a diverse range of industries. The role involves working with technologies like filtration, RO, IX, and related processes at customer sites.

You will conduct maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with customer management and operations teams to ensure uptime and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Review customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
