Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Field Service Representative to deliver hands‑on technical service for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems. You will be the primary technical liaison with industrial customers, handling installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites.

You will work independently across diverse industries, conducting water testing, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Technical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training is required.
• Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.
• Obtain water samples and perform testing, entering data into Veolia’s Insight platform.
• Act as technical consultant, providing recommendations and training to customer teams.
• Calibrate equipment, program controllers, diagnose system issues, and provide remote or on‑site support.
• Maintain detailed service reports and inventory management while following safety protocols.
• Support multiple sites within the territory and coordinate with sales for service delivery.
