Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide on-site operations and maintenance expertise for water treatment systems across multiple industries. The role involves troubleshooting, analytical testing, and ensuring contract specifications are met, with leadership duties in mentoring other FSRs and owning site metrics.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in service/maintenance in an industrial setting and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific tests
• Review customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings and electrical schematics
• Other duties as assigned
