Job summary

Xylem is hiring a Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer locations, troubleshoot complex systems, and maintain equipment with a safety-first approach. The role involves working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel components and requires strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of technical experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• DOT medical card ability to obtain required.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Water treatment experience highly preferred.
• Plumbing/HVAC experience is a plus.
• 3–7 years of technical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service at customer sites safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical and diesel systems.
• Maintain and inventory parts and equipment.
• Interfacing with customers and coordinating across multiple sites.
