Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, maintain, and commission high-purity water systems at customer sites. You will work independently and alongside experienced technicians to diagnose and fix issues, ensuring reliable system operation.

You should be hands-on, safety-minded, and customer-focused, with 1–4 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years field service or related experience preferred.
• Customer-facing technical experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-purity water systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement solutions.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and startup of equipment.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Engineering, and other teams to resolve challenges.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, knowledgeable service.
• Complete accurate service documentation following procedures.
• Follow safe work practices in shop, during driving, and at customer sites.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
