Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, maintain, and commission high-purity water systems at customer sites. You will work independently and alongside experienced technicians to diagnose and fix issues, ensuring reliable system operation.

You should be hands-on, safety-minded, and customer-focused, with 1–4 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and learning new skills, this Field Service Technician role offers the opportunity to build your technical expertise while making a difference for customers. You'll service, troubleshoot, maintain, and commission high-purity water systems while working independently and alongside experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-purity water systems at customer sites
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and startup
• Collaborate with Service Management, Engineering, and other teams to resolve customer challenges
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, knowledgeable service
• Complete accurate service documentation and follow company and customer procedures
• Follow safe work practices in the shop, while driving, and at customer sites
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Working Hours

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills

• Familiar with pumps, valves, piping, flanges, and other mechanical components
