Job summary

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-purity water systems at customer sites. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, assist with installation, and support startup activities.

Ideal candidates are dependable, mechanically inclined, and strong communicators who enjoy learning new technology. 5+ years in related fields is preferred and MS Word/Excel skills are a plus for documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, field service, or related experience preferred.
• Customer-facing technical experience and proficiency with Word and Excel are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-purity water systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Engineering, and other teams to resolve customer challenges.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional service.
• Complete accurate service documentation and follow company and customer procedures.
• Follow safe work practices in the shop, while driving, and at customer sites.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
