Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Minneapolis, MN area to deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers. You will support warewashing, laundry, and dispensing systems while maintaining safety and brand standards.

This field-based role requires travel within the Minneapolis market, overnight availability for emergencies, and a responsive approach to customer programs with sales and service teams to improve results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service-related experience including maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of equipment.
• Current and valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized accounts.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changes, and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to keep a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fixes.
