Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our DC Baltimore market. This field-based role delivers reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional customers.

You will travel to assigned locations in the Baltimore area, work 10-hour shifts Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed, and use company resources to meet brand standards and deliver strong customer outcomes.

Starting pay range is $58,700 to $88,100 per year with comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and travel as needed.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and take action to ensure brand standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and deliver a consistent customer experience.
