Job summary

PepsiCo PBNA is hiring a skilled service technician to install, repair and maintain vending, cooling and fountain equipment at customer sites in southeastern Oklahoma (Hugo/ Ardmore). The role involves independent work, frequent customer contact, and lifting up to 45 pounds with occasional heavy machines weighing 800–1200 pounds.

The position requires diagnosing problems, performing preventative maintenance, prioritizing service calls, and keeping truck inventories stocked.

Qualifications

18 years or older; valid CDL if required.
Senior technician requires refrigeration certification (Type I/II).
Able to read and interpret wiring, plumbing and mechanical diagrams.

Responsibilities

Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling and fountain equipment.
Unload and reload products as necessary.
Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
Install equipment by routing lines, connecting water and gas, and finding drains.
Prioritize and schedule service calls to meet customer windows.
Drive to locations and perform repairs, potentially plumbing/electric/refrigeration.
Maintain parts inventory on the service truck.
Complete paperwork after each call and every two hours.
Transport miscellaneous items as needed.
Maintain regular attendance.
