Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled service technician to perform installation, repair and preventive maintenance of vending, cooling and fountain equipment at customer sites in the Thackerville/Ardmore area. You will diagnose issues, repair components, and provide clear documentation while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lbs repeatedly, occasional heavy equipment handling, and adherence to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems and basic appliance repair.
• Customer service experience and ability to communicate with store managers.
• Familiarity with refrigeration cycles, compressors, evaporators and condensers.
• Ability to work with electrical and plumbing components.
• Experience with equipment installation (HVAC, refrigeration, fountain/counter equipment).

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling and fountain equipment.
• Unload and reload with products as necessary.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures; install equipment and route lines.
• Prioritize and schedule service and PM calls to meet customer service windows.
• Drive to locations, evaluate situations and perform necessary work; may involve plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry.
