Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician in Denver, CO. The role focuses on field-based service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments. You will support customers, uphold Ecolab Brand Standards, and collaborate with sales and service teams.

Expect to travel within the Denver market, work Wednesday–Sunday 10:00 am–9:00 pm plus overtime, and receive a company vehicle for business use. A strong safety and customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based service across Denver market with travel as needed.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing and related equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for all work performed.
• Partner with sales and service teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
