Job summary

Ecolab in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver reliable service, installations, maintenance and issue resolution across Institutional segments. This on-site role requires travel within the Palm Beach market and surrounding areas, with a 10-hour shift schedule and overnight availability.

You will build strong customer relationships, document work precisely, and contribute to safety standards while working with sales and service teams to enhance customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance; may occur at night, on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently.
• Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
