Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Denver, CO market. This field-based role delivers service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional clients, with travel across Denver, Fort Collins, and Boulder. Schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, 10:00 am–9:00 pm, with overtime as needed.

You will work with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience, uphold Ecolab Brand Standards, and travel as required to serve multiple markets. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
