Job summary

Ecolab seeks a Field Service Technician to join our Orlando, FL team. In this field-based role, you will deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments.

You will support customers, ensure Ecolab Brand Standards, and partner with sales/service teams to enhance outcomes. You’ll travel to surrounding areas, manage equipment and parts, and document work accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License must be maintained with no restrictions.
• Overnight shift availability and emergency call coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, and dispensing equipment.
• Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and manage parts/inventory for first-time fixes.
