Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Nashville, TN to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment for large retail clients. You will respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance within your territory.

The role requires a valid US driver’s license, tolerance for travel, rotating shifts, and the ability to lift heavy items. Training is provided, and benefits are offered from day one, supporting a diverse, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills expected.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to travel several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts with flexible start times.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
