Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to serve major retail clients. You will install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory, traveling as needed and working rotating shifts.

The role includes a company-provided vehicle and hands-on training. Ideal candidates are locally based, have a valid US driver’s license, and can handle both electronics and mechanical tasks with strong customer communication skills.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
