Job summary

NCR Voyix invites applications for a Field Service Technician I in the Bristol, TN area. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and servicing electromechanical equipment for top retail clients, with rotating shifts and travel as needed.

As a member of NCR Voyix's Field Services Team, you will diagnose issues, coordinate with customers, and apply training provided by NCR Voyix to deliver prompt, quality solutions. Overtime and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware and OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts; flexible shift times.
• Lifting up to 75 lbs without assistance (150 lbs with assistance).
• Willing to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
