Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation seeks a Field Service Technician I to support retail clients in Nashville, TN. You will respond to service calls, triage issues, and perform on-site maintenance and repairs with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills; hardware & OS familiarity.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Triages and organizes customer issues to provide first-line resolution.
• Delivers on-site field service and repairs for retail customers.
• Communicates clearly with customers to explain solutions and next steps.
• Supports teammates across territories through training and knowledge sharing.
