ADP, Inc. in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Service Technician to support alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronics. You will install, service, and troubleshoot devices while training customers and providing phone support. The role requires hands-on electrical skills and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment.

The position is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule; salary ranges $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with potential for growth and benefits. Bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in 12-volt DC systems including GPS, remote starts, stereo installations.
• Skilled in wiring, connectors, and programming electrical devices with diagnostics, multimeter testing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Conduct customer training sessions and provide phone support to ensure satisfaction.
• Make daily or weekly reminder calls to customers with upcoming appointments.
• Perform inventory audits and support nearby facilities as needed.
• Manage weekly work hours and communicate with management.
• Uphold confidentiality, data security, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties, including vehicle-to-vehicle transfers.
