Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Carry out electrical work on systems from 24V to 480V.
• Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical and hydraulic components.

Tasks

What you can expect

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on automated storage and retrieval systems, saws, and other KASTO machinery
• Safely carry out electrical work on 24V-480V systems, including motors, drives, HMIs, PLCs, sensors, and other electrical components
• Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical and hydraulic components, including chains, bearings, shafts, hoses, valves, pumps, and motors
• Service customers throughout the Mid-West, Pittsburgh, North East, and Carolinas
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Qualification

What you bring with you

• Experience as a maintenance technician, ideally with industrial machinery, ASRS, or metal sawing equipment
• Knowledge of OSHA and LOTO safety procedures
• Ability to use hand and power tools as well as material handling equipment
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, electronics, and computers
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, customer-focused work ethic
