Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Customer Engineer in Nashville to install, commission, and service UPS and power products. You will work on-site, travel as required, and ensure safety and documentation are maintained.

The role emphasizes customer collaboration, problem-solving, and adherence to Vertiv processes. The position requires technical readiness, the ability to work under supervision or independently after training, and strong communication with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• ASEET or AMEET, or progress towards, is preferred.
• 4+ years military experience in a related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned and per company policies.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on technical or procedural issues.
• Implement Field Change Notices per published guidelines.
• Maintain safety and administrative duties per guidelines.
