Job summary

EMD Electronics is hiring Field Service Technicians to install, test, troubleshoot and repair high‑tech delivery systems at customer sites across the United States, with potential international travel. You will perform field documentation, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ years in semiconductor environments, FMEA experience, and a valid passport and driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Megasys Technician Level III or other Industrial / Semiconductor experience.
• 1+ years’ experience with Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).

Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair GasGuard, ChemGuard, and Poly Flow delivery systems and related support systems.
• Travel to customer locations across the US (and possibly international locations).
• Complete field documentation and submit for invoicing upon task completion.
• Provide solutions for equipment configuration, maintenance, and operation.
• Audit equipment and maintenance areas per quality and safety standards.
