Job summary

Analogic is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical systems in the field, covering Port Huron, MI and surrounding areas.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, document service reports, travel up to 10% domestically and internationally, and work independently under the Area Manager of Security Field Service. A High School Diploma and 3–5 years' troubleshooting/repair experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair.
• Must manage time and complete small field projects.
• Technically savvy; quick to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Professional demeanor and customer focused.
• Demonstrated professional written and oral communication skills to document detailed reports

Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors and determine proper solutions.
• Perform electronic and mechanical repairs and document service reports.
• Maintain technical product knowledge.
• Meet daily service needs at assigned sites.
• Plan and perform repairs and preventative maintenance in the field.
