Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and diagnose issues including root cause analysis.
• Complete equipment start-ups and commissioning work; perform warranty and standard repairs.
• Provide troubleshooting support onsite, by phone, and by email; maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Log service activities in Salesforce and complete required service documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in training to build skills and product knowledge; support customer training virtually and in person.
• Travel 75-80% of the time; travel typically during weekdays; international travel may be required.
