100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair diesel and hydraulic equipment across the St. Louis region and nearby areas.

The role involves hands-on service at customer sites and in the company shop, with travel and some overnight stays as needed. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience with diesel engines and hydraulic systems, and a background in field service.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with diesel-powered equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, and rotating components.
• Experience performing field service work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment.
• Perform hands-on service of equipment using diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pumps, and rotating components.
• Complete preventive maintenance and scheduled service.
• Identify worn or failed components and determine appropriate repairs.
• Assist with equipment startup, testing, and commissioning.
• Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Work independently in the field with access to technical support when needed.
