Park Industries is seeking an Installation/Field Service Technician 1 to install and service state-of-the-art stoneworking equipment across the United States. This role involves heavy travel (at least 90%) and requires proximity to a major airport for travel.

You will install machines to exact specifications, train customers, and maintain thorough service documentation while representing Park Parkway values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with CNC or stone equipment maintenance preferred.
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.

Responsabilités

• Machine Installation: install equipment to precise specifications and secure sign-off.
• Service Support: perform service on equipment not meeting specs to ensure reliable operation.
• Customer Training: demonstrate features and train customer personnel for safe operation.
• Customer Interaction: represent Park professionally, building confidence with customers.
• Documentation: complete time entry, expense reports, job reports, and daily logs.
• Team Collaboration: support other departments and assist with machine testing.
