Job summary

• Perform quality control checks, maintenance, and wireless upgrades.
• Use computer software to document activities, order parts, reference training materials.
• Maintain excellent customer etiquette and promote increased equipment usage by supporting the sales team.
• Collaborate with teammates on Field Service projects and initiatives.
• Adhere to Field Service metrics including hours, overtime, inventory accuracy and documentation cadence.
