Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services in Texas is seeking a Service Technician I to install, configure, and repair electronic communication and surveillance systems for remote and field sites. You will support field operations with hands-on technical work and a customer-first approach.

This role requires knowledge of basic networking concepts and low-voltage systems, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Two-year vocational or technical program preferred.
1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.
Field installation experience or equivalent hands-on experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular, wireless networks, and satellite equipment.
Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras, NVRs, and powered components.
Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal-related systems.
Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
