Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services in Texas is seeking a Service Technician I to install, configure, and repair electronic communication and surveillance systems for remote and field sites. You will support field operations with hands-on technical work and a customer-first approach.

This role requires knowledge of basic networking concepts and low-voltage systems, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Two-year vocational or technical program preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in surveillance, communications, or related low-voltage installation work.
  • Field installation experience or equivalent hands-on experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and repair communication systems including mobile cellular, wireless networks, and satellite equipment.
  • Support maintenance and repair of surveillance systems including IP cameras, NVRs, and powered components.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network, telephony, and satellite terminal-related systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system checks; complete field retrofits and upgrades.
  • Communicate job progress and issues to customers, project managers, and management.
  • Crosstrain and collaborate with additional field operations as required.
