Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-facing skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience in field service or heavy equipment maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain truck and crane inspection logs daily.
• Complete CAT service reports with clear grammar and SIMS codes.
• Transmit timecards and service reports via email.
• Collaborate with Service, Product Support, and Sales to meet customer needs.
• Explain repairs and status to customers; coach junior technicians.
