Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain Acorn stairlift systems in customers’ homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Explain repairs and equipment operation to customers; provide maintenance recommendations.
• Work independently across an assigned territory; manage schedules, work orders, and documentation using a mobile device.
• Maintain an organized vehicle and manage parts inventory; follow safety procedures.
