• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to resolve issues professionally.
• A valid Driver's License and active Car Insurance are required to travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform repair, maintenance, and installation tasks focused on windows, doors, siding, and baths/showers in residential properties.
• Take precise site measurements to guarantee accuracy prior to order placement.
• Order materials and service parts from vendors and coordinate logistics with staff and installers.
• Maintain inventory control and warehouse organization.
• Serve as the primary technical resource to troubleshoot installation or service issues with customers.
